Return, Exchange and Refund Policy:
1. Applicability of Policy
1.1 In keeping with NEOBUNCH.COM's goal of ensuring User satisfaction, this return and refund Policy (“Return and Refund Policy”), together with the terms of use, sets out NEOBUNCH.COM's procedures and policies in accepting Product returns, once a Product has been delivered to a User after purchase from the Platforms. Any return of Products by Users shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy.
1.2 Agreement to Terms: Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave and stop using the Platforms. The terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Platforms.

2. Eligibility: Returns can be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date for products.
3. Reasons eligible for returns:
· If you receive a damaged or defective item.
· If the product delivered is incorrect or of poor quality.
· If the order parcel is missing products, parts, or accessories.
· If you are dissatisfied with the product.
4. Reasons ineligible for returns:
· Returns for exchanging colors are not accepted.
5. Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by NEOBUNCH.COM if:
· The Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort.
· The Product has been washed, Soiled, damaged, or spoiled with glitter or stains.
· Applied any perfume, lotion fragrance, or body odor in products.
· The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User;
· NEOBUNCH.COM is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable.
6. Return Process:
· Return request can be done by raising request through our website using customer login section or informing our customer care team via email- cs@neobunch.com or chat on our website or call.
· We may request images or an unpacking video of the product for verification. Depending on your location, we offer a one-time free pickup. Multiple pickups are not encouraged.
7. Refund Policy:
· Shipping Fee: A nominal, non-refundable fee of Rs.49 will be applied to cover shipping expenses, including both the initial delivery and any reverse pick-up required which often exceed the non-refundable charge. If an order is returned in full for a refund, this shipping fee will remain non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged due to our fault. This policy is applicable to both prepaid and COD orders.
· Note: Customers should kindly note that picking up of product doesn’t guarantee that the return/ exchange is approved. Our examination team will go through the products first before approving your request for return/exchange within the next 4-7 business days. For any claims, please ensure there is a proper unpacking video as proof with any additional information that can help us assist you better.
8. Refund Process:
· For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Eg: Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking / UPI etc..)
· For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your given bank account or buyer can request coupon or store credits to use for future purchases from our store.
9. Cancellation Refund Policy:
· You can cancel orders partially or fully before we dispatch the product, Once a cancellation request is raised to send email- cs@neobunch.com, or chat option using our website or use contact option below in our website. we will cancel the order within 1-12 business hours of receiving the request, provided the order has not been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
· Cancelled Orders Refund Processed immediately After Received Cancellation Request From The Buyer.
· If Orders Are Prepaid, Cancellation Refund Will Be issued in original Mode of Payment.
10. Exchange Policy:
· Exchanges can be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date for products in select pin codes. Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
· Products must be unused, in original condition without any stains or damage, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
