Shipping policy

We take great care in delivering our products to you. Our packaging does not have any branding, marking or product description to facilitate discreet delivery even at your place of work!

Once the Returned product is received in our warehouse, our inspection team examines & approves if eligible, the replacement order is created within 5 working days.

You can expect your order to be thereafter delivered to you in 1-4 working days in major cities and 5 to 15 days for other locations. You can track your order online once it is dispatched for delivery. 

Shipping Policy:

· We currently deliver to most cities across India that are serviceable by our delivery partner.

· We ship items within same day or 1 to 2 working days of order placement/ return receipt. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days.

· While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability.

· If you notice that the products is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or email us at- cs@neobunch.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

· If your order isn't Delivered but marked as "Delivered", contact customer support within 24-48 working hours to escalate it with the courier.

For international Shipping & Returns:

· Flat Shipping Fee- Rs.2700 is Applicable For All International Orders, Any extra charges based on weight being updated accordingly.
